websocket连接超时

我现在内网测试websocket客户端和服务端都ok，

把服务端部到外网，客户端就连不上，chrome报下面错误：

ws.js:14 WebSocket connection to 'ws://xx.xx.xx.xx/web-api/job/instant?token=k' failed: Error in connection establishment: net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

请帮忙！
